Africa has a lot of potential and the resources to elevate the continent from misery to growth.  In the last decade, several economic indicators and major economic institutions have said that Africa holds potential for change.  However, corruption and the lack of good governance continue to stall progress.  So what needs to be done?

 

In 2011, the International Monitory Fund (IMF) praised the relative economic growth in sub Sahara Africa but poor governance have inhibited that growth since 2012.
